What guarantees do you offer on your products?

The Toasty Guarantee

Toasty items are manufactured to exceptional standards and subjected to rigorous quality testing during their manufacturing cycle. 

To maximize the lifespan and ensure peak performance of your Toasty item, it must be assembled, installed, cleaned, and maintained according to the instructions and guidelines provided for your product. 

Installations should also conform to any relevant national or local authority regulations or relevant British Standards. Failure to do so will invalidate this guarantee.

Our Guarantee

Toasty provides a complimentary extended guarantee on most items.

Toasty will offer to repair or replace your item throughout the designated guarantee timeframe, beginning from the date of delivery, provided that the defect or fault is determined to result from the material or manufacturing process. This guarantee does not cover serviceable parts, normal wear and tear, or intentional or accidental damage.

3rd Party Brands

Toasty also sells products from other brands, including but not limited to Terma, Heat Mat and Carisa. Please note that the Toasty Guarantee does not apply to these 3rd party brands, and they will generally have their own separate guarantee terms. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim under this guarantee, reach out to Toasty by phone, email or live chat - you'll find contact details & buttons below. 

Upon claiming, Toasty may ask for proof of purchase or evidence of the initial installation, along with photo evidence of any defects. 

Toasty may require that the items are collected or returned for testing to confirm the presence of a manufacturing defect.

Additional Details

This policy solely covers the provision of a like-for-like replacement item, or the repair of the faulty unit; it does not cover any expenses related to removing or installing the product.

This guarantee becomes null and void if items are used for purposes other than those for which they were designed, or if they are not fitted and cared for in line with any instructions or advice provided.

When an item is repaired or replaced under this guarantee, the remaining time from the original guarantee will carry over to the new or repaired item. 

In certain situations, such as where a replacement item is not available, Toasty might choose to provide a partial refund based on the item's age, condition, and initial purchase cost.

This guarantee is valid for items installed within the United Kingdom, and is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
