As of March 2026, Only Radiators has officially rebranded as Toasty.
While the name may have changed, the most important things haven’t. The same friendly team is still here, the same customer service is still in place, and we’re still committed to helping you heat your home beautifully and efficiently.
What has changed is our range, our design focus and the overall experience of buying heating online.

Why Only Radiators became Toasty
Heating has changed a lot in recent years. Radiators and towel rails are no longer just functional fixtures hidden in the background - they’re part of how people design their homes.
Toasty reflects that shift.
The new brand focuses on design-led heating, bringing together radiators, heated towel rails and underfloor heating systems that look as good as they perform. The Toasty range also introduces more sizes, more finish options and a broader mix of design styles, making it easier to match heating with any type of home or décor choice.
In short, Toasty is the next step in making heating simpler, more stylish and easier to buy online.
What this means if you were an Only Radiators customer
If you previously ordered from Only Radiators, you don’t need to worry. Everything has transferred across smoothly.
Your account: Your account details and order history will now be accessible through Toasty.co.uk using the same login details you set up with Only Radiators, so you can continue managing your orders as normal.
Existing orders: Any orders placed with Only Radiators remain fully valid and will be fulfilled as expected.
Returns: If you received a product from Only Radiators:
- Items delivered within the last 30 days can still be returned for a refund.
- Items delivered within 90 days are eligible for a credit note, which can now be used on Toasty.co.uk

The expanded range also brings more size options, more finish choices and a wider variety of design styles, making it easier than ever to find heating that suits your space and interior style.

Our range includes:

- mid-range radiators typically £100–£200
- mid-range heated towel rails typically £150–£250
- high-end towel rails around £400–£500
The Toasty guarantee
Toasty products are manufactured to high standards and undergo rigorous quality testing.
Most items include an extended Toasty guarantee, which covers repair or replacement if a manufacturing fault occurs during the guarantee period.
Products from third-party brands will follow the manufacturer’s own terms.
