I ordered from Only Radiators - can you help?
Yes, absolutely! We rebranded from Only Radiators to Toasty in March 2026 but are still the same lovely team and will of course honour our obligations to you as a valued customer. Please follow the advice on our Help Hub for specific questions, but at a glance:
- If you need to speak to us about delivery issues or get help with tracking, you can call our Customer Service Team on 01202 612808 or use the buttons below to email us or start a Live Chat.
- If you'd like to return a product you've had delivered from Only Radiators within the last 30 days for a refund, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange.
- If you had a product delivered over 30 days ago but within 90 days, you are still eligible to return for a credit note - this will now be redeemable on Toasty.co.uk.
- For any product issues, faults or damage please contact the Customer Service team as soon as you can.
